Well, I thought it was kinda ridiculous to come up with that idea when I first heard about that so called empty-ipod-fee - but when I read this today, I really wanted to laugh out loud - very loud..

Kopieren unserer Werke eine Leerträgervergütung.

Well.. does this basically mean, that we - code artists or formerly known programmers - have the right to get the same for software? I mean everybody can copy software on his harddrives - for free! our consumer right allows that! HOLY SHIT! Code Artists unite! And what about porn? If somebody really has the right to get that fee then it's probably the porn industry, there must be way more porn piracy than music piracy - it's still the internet.. (I should copyright my Text Messages, too, then every mobile user would have to pay me for having an empty Text Message space on his mobile)
Damn, i really wish they decreed an empty brain fee for those fellas.. And I'm so damn glad that I neither like nor buy any music from any artist on suisseculture.ch ..
